Services

Enhance efficiency, save money and improve safety.

There are several benefits to using drones for mapping compared to traditional methods. Here are some of the main advantages:

Speed: Drones can cover large areas much more quickly than traditional surveying methods, which can be time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Accuracy: Drones equipped with GPS and other sensors can create highly accurate maps and 3D models, with resolutions down to a few centimeters.

Cost-effective: Compared to traditional surveying methods, drones can be a cost-effective solution for mapping large areas.

Safety: Drones can be used to map hazardous or hard-to-reach areas, reducing the risk of injury to human surveyors.

Flexibility: Drones can be programmed to fly specific flight paths, enabling surveyors to capture images and data from a wide range of angles and elevations.

Accessibility: Drones are small and portable, making them easy to transport and deploy to remote or inaccessible areas.

Overall, using drones can save time and money while providing highly accurate and detailed data for a wide range of applications, from construction and engineering to agriculture and environmental monitoring.

Mapping

Drone mapping is a fairly straightforward way to collect data with drones . As it’s name suggests, it involves mapping an area of your choice with a drone to produce all kinds of useful outputs like an orthomosaic, digital elevation models and 3D models.

3D Models

A drone 3D model refers to a digital spatial model that is created by using aerial images taken by a drone. The process of taking aerial images to make models and maps is called aerial photogrammetry.

Elevation Plans

An elevation drawing is an orthographic projection drawing that shows one side of the structure.

Views / Sections

A very thin slice of an object made in order to see its structure.

Flythroughs

A visual sequence in a film in which the camera appears to pass over a landscape at high speed.

3D Laser Scanning

3D laser scanning is a technology that employs lasers to measure an object’s geometry to craft a digital 3D model.

Virtual Tours

A virtual tour is a simulation of an existing location, usually composed of a sequence of videos, still images or 360-degree images.
